Los Guacharos

Los Guacharos is a blend from three quality-driven small producers in Bruselas, southern Huila, united by a shared commitment to careful cherry selection and low-intervention, environmentally conscious farming. Each lot undergoes anaerobic fermentation in sealed vessels before slow, controlled drying, resulting in a rich and expressive cup. The flavor profile is fruit-forward and layered, with notes of raisin, plum, and berry jam, balanced by a rounded sweetness and depth. This coffee reflects the producers’ technical training, collaborative approach, and focus on pushing quality through precise processing.
